Present Proof to Receive the Discount

• Military - 10% off nightly rate OR

• AAA - 10% off nightly rate OR

• AARP - $5.00 off nightly rate

• Discounts do not apply to weekly, monthly, holiday or festival rates, and may not be combined with other discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancel 30 days in advance to avoid 100.00 cancelation fee. 

• Cancel 7 days in advance to avoid getting charged full booking amount.

•  Cancel 30 days in advance of arrival date for Groups, Festivals and Holidays. 

PETS

• 2 Pet maximum per unit

• No dogs over 35 lbs.

• We kindly ask that you do not leave your pet unattended

• The nightly charge is $15.00 per pet.

FESTIVALS

• Two- night minimum stay

• Discounts not available

• $140.00 for 1st & 2nd Floor

• $150.00 for 3rd Floor

• Cancellation required one week in advance

HOLIDAYS

• Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require a two-night minimum

• Discounts not available

• $140.00 - 1st & 2nd Floor

• $150.00 - 3rd Floor

• Cancellation required one week in advance to avoid being charged the full price for first night.

GROUPS

If you are booking 6 or more rooms for two-nights, please ask us about group rates. Group rates do not apply to festival or holiday weekends and may not be combined with other discounts.

PARKING 

We do offer complimentary parking in a surface lot behind the building.  Spaces are not reserved or guaranteed.
