The wrap around balcony has full seating for you to enjoy the beautiful view of the park and the gulf, whether it is a sunny day or if you need shade or cover during a summer rain. The comfortable balcony couch offers the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a book. This is a must see, we look forward to your stay! (3rd floor not wheelchair assessable)

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It has a 4 burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and glasses. The unit has a comfortable king sized bed in the upstairs loft, and it is one of the few condos that have a washer and dryer in the unit.
