Each FIRST FLOOR unit includes:

a private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico;
kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, two or four burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, and the necessary utensils for cooking and dining;
complimentary coffee and/or tea with nondairy creamer, sugar/sugar substitute;
full bath (shower and tub);
alarm clock/radio;
built-in hair dryers;
iron/ironing board;
air conditioning/heat; and
cable television.

The units on FIRST FLOOR are studios with the bedroom, kitchen and living area set up in a spacious, open floor plan. The units are 450 square feet. All the units face the Gulf of Mexico to the south-southeast and have a private balcony.

The maximum occupancy in any unit is four people, however, some units are limited to two people only (including children of any age).

Most units on the first floor units have two queen size beds. This is the only floor with units with two beds. There are also several units with one king size bed.

Although the units are not handicapped equipped, they are ground floor handicapped accessible. Both the entryway doors and the bathroom doors are wide enough to provide access for a wheelchair.
